About Me

I’m a London-based presenter and social media reporter, born to a British mother and a Bengali father, and raised across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UK. Growing up as a third-culture kid has unequivocally sharpened my instinct for stories that connect people across perspectives, places, and lived experiences.

My work centres on making complex ideas understandable in a dynamic, social-media format. I specialise in reporting and explainers that illuminate politics, economics, technology, culture, and the human realities woven through them.

A long-standing fascination with human complexity sits at the heart of everything I do. This curiosity has shaped my academic path — from studying the natural sciences and theatre in secondary school to delving into behavioural science, anthropology, politics, religion, the digital humanities and more at university.

 

I’m drawn to the meeting point between niche ideas and broader theoretical frameworks, and to the ways those intersections help us interpret the world. Together, they ground my approach to storytelling, allowing me to translate diverse knowledge into clear, compelling narratives.

For the past two years, I’ve worked as a presenter and content creator at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I report from high-profile events, script explainers, conduct interviews, and produce both short- and long-form videos across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn — reaching a combined audience of over two million followers. Whether I’m covering a General Election event or unpacking academic research on football legislation, my goal remains the same: to inform with precision, communicate with clarity, and tell stories that matter.
